Sometimes its easier to photograph people you dont know because even though I STILL get butterflies each time when it comes to my friends -I really get nervous!! lol This was one of them- My friend Ash– I could write on and ON about her and her sweet family – about how I miss her more today then when she moved 4 YEARS ago or how bummed I get seeing her kids and they dont have a clue really who I am and it kinda breaks my heart:( But then I think about  the times we do get to see each other and its so fun, so easy to get right back to it!  I love our long phone talks ( and Im soo not a phone person!) I think about how so very proud to see all the growth in her faith and that each time we see a picture of Max, Jaxson says “Hey!, thats my BESTest friend MAX!” and they havent seen each other in SUCH a long time!! lol

These were a while ago and I have been nervous to post them ??? Dont really know why just AM…. and the fact that we found this spot after a friend had a photo shoot from THE BEAUTIFUL MESS ( if you havent checked their work out…DO IT!! I only hope to become half as good as them one day!!) and I dont want to step on any toes, but it was so funny we both saw this wall ~ I was pretty sure Id seen it before~ and said  ”we gotta go here!” so here ya go Ash…..I know uve seen them all but these were my favs- love ya much and ready for your next visit!!:D

Not only did I have a blast getting to photograph all these families but getting to work with THIS photographer…. WAY awesome! Emma- I loved every moment even eatin at Moes! You are a brilliant person inside and out and I hope to do this again…soon!  Thank you for your wisdom and your style…… To all the families- thank U for having fun with us and being so carefree- thats what makes a picture come to life- being real and being around the ones you love!:)  Enjoy your sneak… here are a few of my favorites—make sure to check out Emma’s pics to see her favs- her’s sooo ROCK!!

I had THE best time with the McG family – one because I know them so well and the kids were easy to tell what to do!! lol naa it was just so comfortable and laid back I could have followed them around all day!

Emmie – She captured my heart as I was looking over these- So expressive and such a sweet princess in every way…….

Abby- You are growing up- loves books and has the BEST photo ideas ( lol even while in the middle of saying “cheeeeese”! ) just kidding Ab, you were awesome!

CJ- ??? I dont know if I have ONE picture of you smiling —plenty of you making a face at me- stinker!- but THIS is why I love what I do- I DONT want a perfect looking family…. I dont claim to have one myself- so to get those sweet,charming, FUNNY moments … THATS what I live for in photography!

Brogie Bear- U too are growing up too quick. Becoming such a boy yet still needing his momma near… especially when a frog is about! lol

How cute is this family!  I think i ran more with my camera then actually shot but I had soo much fun chasing and capturing the pure, simple moments in time of these two little girls and their cutie pie baby sister too!!  I loved getting just Chase and Christa together for a quick moment at the end and capturing their love  for one another- and Christa you totally RCKED it out with your yellow heels- enjoy ur sneak!

I was soo excited when Becky asked me to do a few shots of her baby belly- I LOVE shooting maternity pics- it amazes me every time to see life growing inside .  What made this even more special to me is that Becky and me go wayyy back~ after I had not seen or talked to her for what seems like forever, how quickly we picked back up and I not only have I gained me sweet friend back but her little boy Christian and new baby to meet Caleb  ( in 7 days!!!) sure does make it THAT much better!! xo Becky and Joe LOVE your awesome little family:D  Enjoy and see you soon!

Do you remember this little baby- well she is getting bigger… 3 months old and so very cute! My favorite part about getting to photograph Faith?? Getting to see all the CUTE girlie outfits Angela has for Miss Faith and the bows- LOVE them! thank you so much Wethington family! Can’t wait til next time

Through photography I have had the pleasure of meeting so many friends.  Nicole is one of them:)  I love Nicole’s warmth, wit, and her style. I love how carefree she was about how long it took ( sometimes babies need that extra lovin’ to get nice and s l e e p y) and her kids on break even joined in and were sweet as pie! AND I was served sweet tea !! thank you Nicole for letting me capture Kellen’s first shoot- it was such a joy to be around each of you!

Please say a prayer for momma Nicole ~ she has been in a lot of pain since Kellens birth and Dr.’s are not quite sure whats going on – so keep her in your thoughts and hope she gets to feeling all better soon!

and I think……

I LOVE it! These are just from two of my shoots from about 2 weeks ago- dealing with computer issues but so glad I was able to get the clients their photos still- so enjoy these- so many I know but couldn’t resist!

The ones of the family and CUTE little girl is sweet Aubrey and her momma and dad- Miss Aubrey is wayy to cool for me – she loves her mommas heels ( who woudln’t though?!) and LOVES her daddy even more- so cute to see them interact with one another:D

The others are of Kaylas trainer and SENIOR  this year Jessie- I met “lil” Jessie when she was 13 and I am soo happy that she has stayed true to herself and her love of horses- You have a great gift Jessie and I can’t wait to see what God does in your life- we will be soo sad to see you go off to collage this year but so happy getting to see you grow up into such a beautiful, smart, caring person – u rock girlie!!!

On the horse/downtown shoot I talked ( or begged…lol) my friend Emma (who is an AWESOME photographer btw– check her stuff HERE!) into getting up EARLY for a sunrise shoot ( my first!) and then going downtown with me to one of my fav areas- she willingly came *wink * and we had a blast!  Add on Jessie’s friend Kayla ( who even laughed about getting grease all over her face what a sport!) and my Kayla- can you say FUN FUN FuN!!! I truly LOVE what I get to do- and hope you enjoy!
