This shoot was FUN!! We had silly girls, unsure weather, and did I say loads of FUN??!!  I love these girls for their names alone.. Lilly and Bella.. melt.my.heart!  We made it through the weather- actually ended up being the perfect cloudy evening I needed after a HOT day and these girls- even had me smiling BIG as I was going over them to edit!  Bella- you are too sweet and your surprise faces– PrIcElEsS!  Lilly– ur giggles are contagious….don’t ever stop being just.who.you.are– even if mommas runnin after ya ( I seem to have flashbacks of MY own life dealing with my 4 year old Cash- we really should get them together for a playdate Rebecca!!) Thank U guys for letting me have a peak into your sweet family and hope you all had a BLAST at the beach!!

I had the pleasure of being introduced to the cutest little guys….. Welcome Austin twins!!  These two little boys could not have been more different though- One slept THE.ENTIRE.TIME- I really think he could be one of those baby models that just sleeps while a million ( and one in my case! lol) pictures are taken!  Not to be outdone the lil guy- in all his teeny tiniest – what a FIGHTER!!  He snuggled close up to brother and I almost felt as I was looking at all the poses they performed inside momma:) Though born weeks early these two have shown what the power of prayer truly can do…. and I am so blessed to have had the priviledge to catch these first few moments because pretty soon – those baby boys wont be able to fit in one arm…. and will be running in oppisite directions!

Thanks to Emma over at ODD DOG for being my “assistant”- I LOVE all her ideas and encouragement ( that cute pic of the youngest girl making a “huh?” face-think that is one Em took- I was busy wrapping up a baby!! lol) thank u thank u my friend !

and yes I know this is a BIG sneak but parents have already seen them all- I just had wayy too many I adored and had to share- and loving some black n white- u get all the little.tiny.details……:D

I had the chance to meet 5 awesome girls a few weeks ago (been a little busy to post! sorry! )

They have the kind of friendships I have now with my friends yet WISHED for growing up!  The fun part about this “story” is that they all did grow up together and know each other like a BOOK  I noticed in my little ( little HOT – man the heat!!) time I had with them how very different they are from one another yet how they all balance each other out- I wont call yall out but in this group there was a super quiet one and lover of animals ( Mr.T was soo GREATful for you saving him by the track I’m sure!)…..a funny girl ( I REALly liked the cheese smile from you *wink!)….. a bubbly, anything goes girl ( glad you liked my bubble idea!)…a rebel ( I relate soo much to you girlie! and SOOO proud of who you are:D)….and the one that I coudl see all of these qualities of but think she was to tired (I made her wake up wayyy tooo early! hee hee hee!! )

Girls~ thank you! thank you for being fun, young and just a joy to be around- you made me laugh and loved that I could ROCK out to all my songs and you all would sing right along to my Frank!!  May this year be FULL of open doors and opportunity as you go on to the next stages in life.. JOBS!!  love ya!

It was HOT… baby girl was soo tired….her momma found the PERFECT flag for me.. and this is what we got– umm I’m GOOD with that- well actually I’m GReat with it!! Nicole~ this is my fav fav FAV….. I am sooo glad I got the chance to capture sweet K at 3 months and can’t wait to see you at 6 ( if not before to play in the creek!!)

Time sure does fly!! I have had the honor in capturing Miss Faith from her “newness” stage to this next stage in her little life- sitting UP!!

We tried to meet as early as possible but…Its JULY and its H O T!!  So needless to say she was NOT impressed by my funny faces or my mad silly voice skills (*wink!).  I think she likes doggies wayy better than the camera anyway and I LOVED capturing those adorable cheekies!  We were able to pull out all the tricks and get her to look my way in a few shots:).  You gotta check out her red tu-tu….. SOOooo CUTE!!

Big Brother Luke stole the show  though this time- he is so funny and such a smart little boy- loved getting to see them interact with one another! Enjoy!!

There are these moments that make me wish i was a kid again… to just play and explore and not care who is looking  This is one of my friends oldest boy- We call him Mr.C- He is one AMAZing kid and I so enjoyed these few minutes on Sunday just watching him through the lens, playing with is favorite transformers- he listed them all out for me and sad to say I remember not a one:( !  C always is a willing subject for my camera- I was trying to take pictures of him NOT seeing me,  watching him play and he said ” Mrs. Kate, why are you not looking at the camera at me?”  HA! so cute right?! and then I took that close up shot above and saw alll those freckles and said ….”O I am my man, I am keeping it on you”!……. thank you Mr. C for teaching me so much more than youll EVER know u did:) can’t wait to meet your littlest brother soon!!
