2+2= 4! ~family~
I had the pleasure to capture this sweet family not too long ago and what a GReat day for pictures- it stayed overcast long enough for us to get the shots in, then the bright BEAUTIFUL sun came out, thankfully we found THE perfect spot for entertaining a little boy who was NOT so happy with having his picture taken:( but I think I talked him into a few and we had FUN- we played ball, messed around with chalk ( oops a NO NO at the Greens BTW!!) and then what a GReat surprise to have the splash park up and running and hardly anyone around!! I was looking back over all these pictures and my favorite ones….Logan NOT looking, no one posing~ just doing what families do day in and day out- the SIMPLE part of life…something I wanna bring back with pictures:) Of course I love getting ya all together and making a silly face to smile at me and catching those eyes staring into the camera, but those hands of an infant, a smiling boy playing with his hard-working daddy, and a momma soaking up ALL of her baby..PRICELESS moments that I am so GRAteFUL to be a part of! thank you Walt and Stephanie!! Hope you Enjoy!
ps- yes, you may find a pic of my lovely assistant Kayla too!– shes pretty GReat to have around isnt she?!!
O~N~E!
I LOVE having the opportunity to capture one year olds and even better for it to be family!! This is my hub’s cousin~ Whitney and her sweet lil family!
Ethan was SUPPOSED to be born AFTER my baby Briggs but…. Mr. Ethan had different plans and came pretty early! To look at him now you would never believe how tiny he was when first born– those feet now?! …thats why I thought the words BIG described him well- along with his personality too!! SOO much fun – thank you Brandon and Whitney for sharing your lil boy with me – loved every minute! New location for me on this one ( The Greens) and I LOVED it! Ethan – happy FIRST BiRtHdAy!! Dream BIG lil guy!!
xo……
ps– My trusty assistant ( shes turning into quite a student!! amazing work from an 11 year old!!) took the one Pic of ME ( like her watermark? she made it HERself!! ) in all my photo glory– Early mOrning, HEAT= crazy hair and no makeup!! O well !! heres ME!! lol GReat job Kayla BOO!
~mommie and ME~
I LOVE callbacks! Makes me feel SOoo, so good that people DO like my work and want more of it!!
Patty has recently headed back to school and will be doing Social work~ her official title is Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( I like titles what can I say?! lol) meaning…shes GReat with kids!!
So I took some head shots for her to start up her business ( it took me like 10 minutes to get the one I LOVE – and hope Patty does too!) for Patty and of course had to get some of her sweet boy “A” too- the two of them are quite a team and the love that boy has for his momma– TOO sweet. had to make a lil sign out of blocks for “A” to give to her even though he can’t quite talk yet!! Enjoy your sneak- busy season for me so have LOTS to post…..just working HARD to get it done yall!! AND found a sign of fall a coming– the leaf though it was SUPER H O T this morning- had to shoot quick so thankful I had the easiest subjects!
Fall In to FUN……
~sisters~
Not sure if you remember this sweet little girl Anabeth but…she welcomed her sister home just a few short days ago! LIL Miss J did not want to be put in or touched with anything but her mommas arms so we made….well coaxed her to lay on the bed and added few cozy blankets.. and the faces I got SO.CUTE!!! The fun part about this shoot was that I got to hang for a bit with big sis and think she likes me ( the first time we met she wanted NOthing to do with me!). We made sissy a card and read some favorite books- I thought I may have to bribe ( me? do that to a young child for a photo ? naaaaa…*wink!) with a few skittles but instead we made a heart and a butterfly with them:) Thanks Steph for letting her play with me – she was SOO much fun to be around! And what did lil sister do while mommy and me talked at front door…. FELL sound asleep in.her.carseat! lil sTiNkEr!! lol ENJOY!!
~Beckett~
What a SWEET, quiet lil boy and what a H O T day. I can’t even tell you how hot it was at 830a.m.! We got through it ( and tried really hard not to capture all the sweat we all poured out that day! lol) and as you can see Mr. B had not ONE complaint!! lol- Amy~ thank you for letting me capture your sweet boys- enjoy your sneak and see ya soon for some family shots!!
